Art Requirements

All artwork submitted will be reviewed for basic requirements by Renaissance Promotions to make certain that the best quality outcome is achieved when applying your design to the products you selected.

In most cases, a Vector based file (.EPS, .AI, .CDR, .PSD) will fill the requirements. Without a true vector file, our manufacturers cannot size and place your imprint on the items. Using a Bitmap or Raster image (.JPEG, .GIF, .BMP) will cause major distortions of the imprint when it is resized.

If you are unable to provide an .EPS, .AI , .CDR or .PSD file of your complete artwork, a fee may be required to recreate, change, or add to the artwork. Art services are $20 per hour. You will be notified with an estimate of the charges prior to any work being started.

Renaissance Promotions maintains a Corporate Art Library with the standard corporate logos as provided by the Lockheed Martin Graphic Arts department. New art/logos are added to the file for future use so as to avoid art charges whenever possible.

Our in-house graphic artists can assist with custom imprints or product templates. Our artists do have all current LM branding guidelines on file and will ensure that the artwork meets brand standards. Proofs will be provided for custom artwork when possible. Proofs may need to be waived in certain cases with quick turnaround times.
